Zohar Dvir
Founder and CEO
Major General (Ret.)
Zohar Dvir commands respect internationally for his experience and expertise in law enforcement, counterterrorism, security, combat, leadership, and management, acquired during his 35-year career in the Israel National Police and Israel Defense Forces.
He retired from the Israel National Police as the Deputy Commissioner of a 35,000-strong police force, having also held several other senior command positions, including Commander of the Northern District.
Earlier his career, he served as the commander of the elite counterterrorism unit of the Israel National Police, known as Yamam, which specializes in hostage rescue and actions against hostile targets.

Before embarking on a path in law enforcement, Zohar gained experience in international aviation security working with El Al and the Israel Security Agency.
During his military service, Zohar led the special reconnaissance unit of the Golani Brigade and acquired extensive combat and command experience.

Zohar is a Senior Fellow at the International Institute for Counterterrorism (ICT) at Reichman University, Herzliya, and Head of The Institute for Research on Personal Security and Community
Eran Kamin

Eran Kamin is an internationally recognized expert on investigations, intelligence, and the fight against crime.
He recently returned from the USA, where he served as the North American representative of the Ministry of National Security and the Israel National Police and is well acquainted with international authorities and organizations for policing and law enforcement.
During the COVID 19 pandemic, Eran was appointed head of the National Enforcement Directorate. Previous senior positions include senior instructor at the National Security College, head of the Investigation Division of the Israel National Police, and commander of the National Fraud Investigations Unit.
During his service, Eran managed hundreds of investigative cases dealing with corruption, cybercrime, economic and financial crime, money laundering, and organized crime, both within Israel and across international borders.
His expertise includes projects demanding top-level international cooperation, the establishment and training of special crime-fighting units, the use of technology in complex scenarios, crisis and risk management, and problem solving. He has extensive experience in leading strategic processes and managing large, complex systems.
Eran is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the executive program of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Tal Goldfinger
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Tal Goldfinger is recognized internationally for his expertise in strategic crisis management and public perception, acquired during decades of advising key public figures, governmental organizations, private corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Focusing on crisis management and media strategy, he has successfully guided organizations through extremely challenging situations, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining a positive public image.
As the Founder and CEO of Goldfinger Group, Tal leads an array of successful companies specializing in communication, crisis management, healthcare, security, and data technology.

He serves as an active director for public companies and volunteers his expertise to organizations and NGOs in the third sector.
Baruch Goldman
Chief Operating Officer

Baruch Goldman served for 35 years in the Israeli security forces. In addition to his service as an officer in the elite counterterrorism unit of the Israel National Police, (known as Yamam), he was a case officer in the ISA, and commanded a surveillance and undercover unit.
A former commander of the Israel Crisis Negotiation Unit, he is an expert in homeland security - in particular, crisis management including cyber extortion, kidnapping, hostage-taking and more.
An Arabic speaker and well-versed in Islam culture, Baruch is the holder of a Medal for Distinguished Service which he was awarded for outstanding bravery in the line of duty.
Baruch is a Research Associate at the International Institute for Counterterrorism (ICT) at Reichman University, Herzliya, and lectures in Israel and internationally.
Rami Bar-Nathan
– Financial Crime Expert
Commander (Ret.)
Rami Bar-Nathan is a former head of the Israel National Police International Cooperation Unit.
He is an expert on the financing of terrorism, money laundering for both terror and criminal activity, and cyberattacks on financial entities.
Rami began his security career by serving in IDF special forces. He then served as a case officer in a security organization and in various positions in the Israel National Police.
